Advent’s Annual EMEA Conference Concludes with Success

Customer Gathering Draws Record Attendance, up 56% From Previous Year

SAN FRANCISCO and LONDON – June 17, 2008 – Advent Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADVS), a leading provider of software and services to the investment management industry, today announced record-setting attendance at its eighth annual EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Conference held in Madrid, Spain.  The event, which took place May 29 - 30, was Advent’s largest and most successful EMEA conference to date with an increase in attendance of 56% percent from 2007.

This year’s conference, themed ‘Driving Innovation’, marked Advent’s 10th anniversary in EMEA, where the company now has over 200 clients spanning 30-plus countries, and seven offices in the region, including offices in London, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, Amsterdam, Zurich and Dubai.
