San Francisco, CA, April 12, 2004 - Advent Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADVS) announced that it has released a version of its leading Moxy® trade order management application designed to be highly effective for banks and trusts that employ trust accounting systems as their system of record. Previously, Moxy® has been available primarily as an integrated solution with Axys®, Advent’s portfolio management and performance reporting solution. This version, which can work independently of Axys®, integrates with all of the industry’s major trust accounting systems, allowing banks and trusts to benefit from Moxy’s® flexible trade order management capabilities to reduce compliance risk, increase productivity, and automate manual trade entry.
Currently used by more than 650 firms, Moxy® is a robust trade order management system with extensive functionality, including comprehensive equity and fixed income instrument coverage, integration to third-party back office trust accounting systems, enhanced internal security “checks and balance” functionality, and flexible, certified FIX connectivity to trade counterparties, including brokers and alternative trading platforms.
