    One of the year’s highlights is securing funding for developing the SS&C Trust Suite. This investment allows us to achieve several milestones, including:
    • Single Sign-On and contact synchronization for the new platform
    • Rolling out an award-winning Client Portal
    • Producing new front and back-office trade flows
    • Adding investments in next-generation workflow tools, setting the stage for more exciting developments in the coming year

    To ensure we're gathering as much feedback as possible from our clients, the team conducted our first Client Relationship Survey. The insights gathered are shaping our plans to enhance our services further, ensuring that we align closely with the needs and expectations of our client base.

    Our team's dedication and expertise were on full display as we achieved a record number of successful implementations, significantly expanding our reach and impact in the financial services landscape.

    Leveraging advanced technology, we automated tasks using SS&C’s Blue Prism digital workers for the Help Desk and Managed Services processes, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced risk. This strategic move positions us as the leaders of innovation in client services.
  • InnoPay: Implementing transformative solutions for our clients
    Our success story with a new client partnership showcases our capabilities and expertise in implementing transformative solutions. This achievement underscored our commitment to delivering results that matter.

    Our unwavering commitment to accuracy and efficiency by processing a staggering 2.2 million tax forms in January alone. Moreover, our strides in aggregate tax record reporting have simplified and streamlined processes, marking a significant leap in innovation.

    Our commitment to shaping the future of tax and pension management is evident in our ongoing research and development initiatives. These projects pave the way for groundbreaking solutions that will redefine industry standards.
  • MineralWare: Redesigning the client experience
    A strategic redesign of the MineralWare Revenue Dashboard introduces customizable widgets, allowing clients to personalize their workflows. This move enhances user experience and opens doors to a broader range of client types without compromising individual preferences.

    Seamless integration between our front office MineralWare visualization tools and Unique Asset Trust Accounting systems empowers clients to leverage new property and mineral management solutions for firms managing unique and hard-to-value assets. This investment ensures scalability for our clients and positions us for future success with this growing asset class.

  • Managed Services: Focusing on efficiency and quality control
    In response to increased industry demand for operational support and infrastructure, the Managed Services teams experienced incredible growth in all areas in 2023. Supporting the increased desire of current and converting clients to perform cash, security and reconciliation processes in an outsourcing environment has led to team growth with additional focus on efficiency and quality control.

    The growth in Managed Services is fueling our commitment to continue to refine our support and relationship model. Our services cover the broad spectrum of software products and custodial integrations, as we support our clients in Trust and Wealth back-office tasks, Unique Asset operations and administration, and Paying Agent integration.
