Karen Geiger

Co-Head, SS&C Wealth & Investment Technologies

In this role, she is responsible for delivering SS&C Advent’s world‑class solutions and services to global asset managers and alternative investment firms.

Karen has held a variety of leadership roles over her 20 years with the firm. Most recently, she served as Chief Development Officer, leading the software development organization responsible for SS&C Advent’s award‑winning accounting, reporting, and order management solutions.

Karen holds a B.S. in Operations and Management Information Systems from Santa Clara University.

Steve Leivent

Co-Head, SS&C Wealth & Investment Technologies

In this role, he oversees the business development strategy for Black Diamond Wealth Solutions along with Advent Outsourcing Services, which delivers cloud-based access to the firm’s premier portfolio accounting, reporting, and order management products.

Steve joined the firm in 2000 and has held several leadership positions across SS&C throughout his tenure.

He holds a B.S. in Economics from Rowan University.

Boris Bykhovsky

Senior Managing Director, Head of Investment Management Solutions

In this role, he is responsible for driving strategic direction, innovation, and growth for wealth and investment management solutions serving more than 1,550 global clients.

Since joining SS&C in 2007, Boris has played a significant role in the firm’s continued expansion and product evolution.

He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Joe Doherty

Managing Director, Head of Sell-side Business

In this role, he manages strategic relationships with global broker‑dealers and oversees the direction and growth of sell-side business. He also serves as President and Chief Compliance Officer for Eze Castle Transaction Services and oversees the SSCNet team.

Joe has been with SS&C for more than 19 years. Before joining the company, he served as a principal at Case Strategy, LLC and as Budget Director for the Massachusetts Senate Committee on Ways & Means.

Joe holds a B.A. in Government from Harvard University and maintains FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 certifications.

James Griffin

Senior Managing Director, Head of Global Sales

In this role, he oversees global new business development, client growth, and the strategic direction of sales initiatives across the SS&C Advent product suite.

James brings more than 20 years of experience in investment management technology.

Prior to his current role, he spent 12 years at SS&C Eze, where he held multiple leadership positions, including Managing Director, Americas Sales Director, and North America New Business Sales.

He previously led sales for Orbital Insight and served as Head of Sales and Business Development for NorthPoint Solutions (now ACA NorthPoint).

James earned a bachelor's degree in history from Union College.

Casey Keller

Senior Managing Director, Head of Global Client Experience

In this role, he leads all post‑sale functions, including Professional Services, Support, Advent University, Advent Community, Relationship Management, and Renewal Sales. In addition, Casey is responsible for ensuring clients receive maximum value from their SS&C Advent solutions. His teams focus on delivering tailored, high‑quality services to a diverse global client base.

As a longtime member of the organization, Casey has held several leadership positions since joining the firm in 1996.

Casey began his career on the Pacific Exchange Options trading floor with Spear, Leeds & Kellogg, a division of Goldman Sachs.

Molly Michel

Senior Managing Director, Head of Research & Development

Molly Michel is the Senior Managing Director, Head of Research & Development for SS&C Advent.

In this role, she leads product strategy, software engineering, and quality assurance for the firm’s R&D organization, with a focus on delivering innovative and reliable solutions for global clients.

Molly joined SS&C Advent in 2006 and has spent most of her career in Product Development, including leading teams responsible for the Geneva accounting platform.

She also previously led the US Geneva Professional Services team and brings experience from the financial services and consulting industries in New York City.

She holds degrees in Mathematics and French from Lafayette College.

Nicholas Nolan

Senior Managing Director, Head of Alternatives Solutions

In this role, he oversees product strategy, innovation, and execution to support the evolving needs of alternative investment managers worldwide.

Since joining SS&C in 2011, Nicholas has held key roles in sales engineering and product development, contributing to the advancement of several strategic initiatives.

He holds a B.A. from Columbia University.

Meghan Rocha

Managing Director, Head of Global Marketing

In this role, she leads global marketing strategy and oversees all initiatives designed to support client experience, brand visibility, and business growth worldwide. 

Previously, Meghan served as Director of Marketing for SS&C Eze, where she managed media and analyst relations, events, field marketing, and content strategy. She has also held leadership roles across product marketing, brand management, and corporate communications. 

Meghan holds a B.S. in Journalism and a B.A. in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with a concentration in technical and professional writing.

Kathryn Mendes

Managing Director, Americas Client Experience

In this role, she leads a team of professionals who serve as primary points of contact for clients, providing expert guidance, technical support, and issue resolution.

Kathryn joined SS&C Eze in 2003 and has held multiple leadership roles across Client Service, playing a key role in shaping and strengthening the firm’s client‑centric culture.

She holds a B.A. in Mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross.
