Karen Geiger

Senior Vice President, Co-General Manager | SS&C Wealth & Investment Technologies

Karen Geiger is a Senior Vice President and Co-General Manager of SS&C Advent, a business unit within SS&C Technologies. In this role she is responsible for delivering SS&C Advent's world-class solutions and services to the global asset management and alternatives markets.

Karen has held many leadership roles during her 20 years with the firm. Prior to her current role she was SS&C Advent's Chief Development Officer, where she led the software development team responsible the firm's award-winning accounting, reporting, and order management product suite.

Karen holds a B.S. in Operations and Management Information Systems from Santa Clara University.

Steve Leivent

Senior Vice President, Co-General Manager | SS&C Wealth & Investment Technologies

Steve Leivent is the SVP and Co-General Manager of SS&C Advent’s Advisory business. In this role he is responsible for the business development of Black Diamond, a leading wealth platform and solution set for advisors, as well as SS&C’s Advent Outsourcing Services business which provides cloud delivery of its award-winning portfolio accounting, reporting and order management products. He joined the firm in 2000, and has held various leadership roles during his tenure.

Steve holds a B.S. in Economics from Rowan University.

Casey Keller

Senior Vice President, Client Experience

Casey Keller is the Senior Vice President of Client Experience at SS&C Advent. He is responsible for all post sale services – from implementation to renewals – which includes functions such as Professional Services, Support, Advent University, Advent’s client Community, Relationship Management, and Renewal Sales. He has held several leadership roles across the firm since joining in 1996.

Casey’s teams ensure SS&C Advent’s clients are receiving maximum return from their investment. They specifically focus on delivering bespoke services across the spectrum of client profiles, products, and regions.

Casey began his career on the Pacific Exchange Options trading floor working for Spear, Leeds, and Kellogg, a division of Goldman Sachs.

Jen Becher

Vice President, Client Experience

Jen is in charge of getting new clients up and running on SS&C Advent’s Black Diamond Wealth Platform. She ensures the Implementation process is smooth and successful so that new clients can reap the benefits of their new platform from day one. Once onboarded, her Client Service teams ensure each firm’s operations run smoothly.

She and her team handle it all with a service mindset and a singular focus on client success and satisfaction. As a result, clients consistently give her teams excellent feedback, especially for the professionalism of the people.

Jen joined SS&C Advent in 2008 and has held various leadership roles during her tenure. She holds an MBA and BS from the University of North Florida.

Josh Bergen

Vice President, Product Development

Data drives the advisory business, and that’s what drives Josh. With a primary focus on data strategy, he works with both the product development and infrastructure teams to ensure that clients of SS&C Advent’s Black Diamond Wealth Platform have an advanced data platform that is solid yet flexible, enabling them to access and apply reliable data to make smart decisions. Josh believes that innovative, efficient solutions accelerate Black Diamond ahead of the demands of an ever-changing industry. 

Josh joined the SS&C Advent team in 2010 and has 17 years of product development experience. He holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of North Florida.

Mats Berggren

Vice President, EMEA & APAC

Mats Berggren joined SS&C Advent in 2001 and is currently the Vice President for the EMEA and APAC regions responsible for international sales, marketing and relationship management, as well as the business development strategy to drive growth across the business for all markets outside the Americas.

Prior to joining SS&C Advent, Mats held several senior sales roles with Front Capital Systems (a SunGard company) and Gartner, and also spent several years in the oil industry.

Mats holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Marketing from Uppsala University in Sweden.

Daniel Eriksson

Vice President & Global Head of Product Management & Solutions Consulting

Daniel Eriksson is the Vice President and Global Head of Product Management and Solutions Consulting at SS&C Advent. In this role he focuses on delivering world-class technology and service solutions for the firm’s global advisory, institutional, wealth management and alternative asset management clients. He joined the firm in 2001.

Daniel’s team manages SS&C Advent’s award-winning product suite and ensures SS&C Advent’s solutions meet the needs of its investment management clients across all geographies and industries.

Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Umeå University.

Eli George

Vice President, Solutions Management

Eli George is the Vice President of Solutions Management at SS&C Advent. He leads strategy, product management and business development for the firm's key, global business segments including Portfolio and Market Data, Black Diamond and Partnerships. He joined the firm in 2005 when he began his career in Fintech. Eli's expertise in strategic planning and operational execution has exponentially contributed to the growth of the company. He currently lives in Jacksonville, FL with his wife and three children.

Eli holds a M.B.A from the University of North Florida and a B.S. from Florida State University.

Brad Hancock

Vice President, Asset Management & Alternatives Sales & Strategic Account Management

Brad Hancock is the Vice President of Asset Management and Alternatives Sales and Strategic Account Management for SS&C Advent. In this role he is responsible for new business, existing client business and strategic relationship management for the Asset Management and Alternatives market. He is also responsible for sales operations and enablement. Brad and his team work closely with asset managers, hedge funds and service providers to understand their needs, and help them grow their business with SS&C Advent’s suite of solutions.

Prior to joining SS&C Advent in 2002, he worked in operations and relationship management for an institutional asset manager in New York City.

Brad holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Bucknell University.

Brian Justice

Vice President, Advisory Sales & Business Development

Brian Justice is the Vice President of Advisory Sales & Business Development for SS&C Advent. In this role, he is responsible for all new customer acquisitions for the Advisory segment and works closely with our channel-partner network to drive rapid adoption of our Black Diamond Wealth Platform. Brian has an extensive background of over 20 years in the industry with the majority of that time spent working with Investment Advisors and helping them service their existing client relationships through technology solutions.

Prior to joining SS&C Advent in 2000, he worked as a registered investment advisor and prior to that was a professional cyclist.

Brian holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Derek Landi, CFA

Vice President & General Manager, CRM Solutions

Derek Landi is the Vice President and General Manager of SS&C Advent’s CRM Solutions business. In this role he is responsible for the business development of Salentica and Tier1, leading CRM solutions for buy-side and sell-side investment firms. He joined the firm in 2015, and has held various leadership roles during his tenure.Derek holds a M.B.A. from Temple University and B.A. from Gettysburg College. and is a CFA Charterholder.

Cathy Messina

Vice President, Advent University & Professional Services Americas

Cathy Messina is the Vice President of Advent University and Professional Services Americas for SS&C Advent. In this role, she is responsible for delivering a great experience as our clients implement, learn, and grow their business using the SS&C Advent solutions. Cathy’s teams are responsible for planning and consulting on new implementations, custom engineering, product upgrades, training, and our Community website experience. In these areas, Cathy and her team members focus on being a valued business partner to our clients by offering a combination of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and business experience that will drive client success using our products.

Prior to joining SS&C Advent in 2009, Cathy worked in London, England for an investment services firm that offered middle and back office services to independent wealth managers.

Cathy holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Florida.

Molly Michel

Vice President, Product Development

Molly Michel is a Vice President of Product Development for SS&C Advent.  Molly joined the company in 2006 and the majority of her tenure has been within Product Development, responsible for leading the Geneva accounting, software engineering and quality assurance teams.  She also spent time in SS&C Advent's Professional Services organization, leading the US Geneva Professional Services team.

Prior to SS&C Advent, Molly worked in the financial services and consulting industries in New York City.

Molly holds degrees in Math and French from Lafayette College.

Jack Tsui

Vice President, Finance

Jack Tsui is the Vice President of Finance for SS&C Advent. He joined the firm in 2004.

In this role he is responsible for overseeing SS&C Advent’s accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury and tax functions.

Jack holds a B.A. in Business Economics with an Accounting Minor from the University of California, Los Angeles.
