As a senior director of sales engineering at SS&C, Zach Gordon leads enterprise-level sales efforts for the company’s OMS technology across North America and APAC. In this role, Zach ensures a comprehensive approach to the sales process, from understanding user needs to showcasing the value of SS&C solutions and beyond. Additionally, Zach coordinates strategies and market demands between sales, sales engineering and product management leads across the global SS&C organization.
Beyond his core role, Zach drives key initiatives that further support the company’s global sales efforts. He is the architect behind sales demo environments, manages the international RFP process, and develops in-depth documentation and training materials covering product functionality, sales opportunities, and financial instruments.
Zach joined SS&C in 2007, holding positions including associate director, strategic project management, and senior consultant, among others. During this time, Zach managed implementation, upgrade and functionality deployment projects across North America, accruing over 5,000 project management hours. He holds a bachelor’s degree in applied social psychology from the University of Massachusetts.
